王一琛，女，讲师，1993年11月生，中共党员，电子科技大学工商管理博士毕业。管理学院人力资源专业教研室。

【研究方向】

1.数字化转型：产业链数字化、供应链数字化、企业数字化、金融科技

2.绿色可持续：ESG、企业社会责任、企业可持续发展

3.中国企业国际化：一带一路、跨国并购、对外直接投资
